Focal persons trained in web based election monitoring tools. This training was initiated by RWECO (member organisations of IWDP,RICNET,KRC, RAC and KALI)at RICNET.Each member organisation was given one laptop and simcads loaded with SMS airtime which will be used by the election observers during the election monitoring process in Kabarole district.
